These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the in-person workshop (“Workshop”) organized by Arena Ventures AG (“Organizer”). By registering for the Workshop, participants (“Participants”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Workshop Details
Title: Fundraising Rockstars
Date: June 5, 2025
Location: Signature by Regus, Bahnhofquai 11, 8001 Zurich
Duration: 2pm-7.30pm
Fee: CHF 490 (incl. VAT, if applicable) per Participant
3. Registration and Payment
Registration is confirmed upon full payment of the participation fee.
Payments must be made via bank transfer, credit card or Twint.
The fee includes participation in the Workshop, workshop materials, refreshments and dinner.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the Workshop will receive a full refund minus a CHF 50 administrative fee.
Cancellations within 14 days of the Workshop are non-refundable.
Substitutions (another woman founder attending in the Participant’s place) are allowed at no additional cost with prior notice.
5. Organizer’s Right to Cancel or Reschedule
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Workshop due to insufficient registrations, instructor illness, or force majeure.
In case of cancellation, Participants will receive a full refund of the Workshop fee.
The Organizer is not liable for any additional costs incurred by Participants (e.g., travel or accommodation).
6. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally throughout the Workshop.
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any Participant who disrupts the Workshop without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All Workshop materials are the intellectual property of the Organizer or its partners.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use the materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
9. Photography and Media
The Organizer may take photos or video recordings during the Workshop for promotional purposes.
Participants who do not wish to appear in such materials must notify the Organizer in advance.
10. Liability
The Organizer is not liable for any personal injury or loss/damage to personal property during the Workshop, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Workshop shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
